We offer the following fertility services at Palm Beach Fertility Center:

• Fertility checkups: Testing your fertility is essential if you are struggling to conceive after 12 consecutive months of trying, or after 6 months if you are a woman 35 or older. We test both male and female fertility. Typically, we begin fertility testing for couples by the male partner’s sperm through a semen analysis. This test assesses sperm count and health and indicates when any further testing may be needed. For women, fertility testing involves anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) testing and ultrasound antral follicle count (AFC) testing. Depending on the results of your fertility checkup, you may wish to proceed with fertility treatments at our clinic.
• Infertility testing: Before any fertility treatment can begin, you will meet with our board-certified fertility specialist, Dr. Mark Denker, for fertility screening. The initial evaluation includes providing a complete medical history and completing a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. These test include blood work tests to check hormone levels and measure ovarian reserve, ultrasound to measure to uterus and ovaries, semen analysis, and assessment of fallopian tube patency. These tests seek to uncover what is the root cause of your infertility so it can be treated appropriately.
• Fertility treatments: Couples come to our clinic looking for fertility solutions, and our team is here to help you achieve your dreams of parenthood with an individualized fertility treatment plan. We utilize proven fertility treatments such as in-vitro fertilization, donor sperm insemination, and fertility surgery, among others. Depending on the unique circumstances that led you to seek our fertility services, Dr. Denker will tailor your fertility treatment plan to your needs.
• Fertility preservation: For women who wish to proactively plan a family but are not ready to do so, fertility preservation with egg freezing can be an excellent option. Some women choose to freeze their eggs because of an uncertain reproductive future, impending cancer treatments that may impact fertility, or because they haven’t met a partner with whom they want to raise a family. Our laboratory provides egg vitrification services to freeze unfertilized eggs with the highest chance of survival.
• Donor services: Our fertility clinic offers both egg and sperm donation services for prospective parents.
