At Palm Beach Fertility Center, our team is proud to be a leader in the fertility industry by treating women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), so they can conceive with their own eggs. Our team strives to help women conceive with their own eggs before considering using donated eggs as a potential resource. Before recommending to use donor eggs, we first try all other avenues. Because of our team’s specialized knowledge on DOR, Palm Beach Fertility Center has become the go-to center in Florida for fertility patients from all over the world.
We have met many women who have been told by other fertility clinics that they must pursue egg donation to become a mother. This is especially true for our patients over 40. Many centers won't even consider treating women over the age of 40 with their own eggs, let alone over the age of 44. At our fertility center, we have successfully obtained genetically normal embryos for transfer in 44-year-old women.
Our priority is to diagnose diminished ovarian reserve so treatment can quickly follow. To do this, we test the patient’s levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH). Once diagnosed with DOR, it does not mean the woman won’t ever be able to conceive with her own eggs. With effective fertility treatment, many DOR patients, even those over the age of 40, go on to give birth to healthy babies.
For many women, it’s possible to conceive with their own eggs even if previous fertility treatments have proven unsuccessful. Contact us at (888) 819-5177 to arrange an appointment.
